Condition Assessment

Record building conditions systematically, analyze the service life of building components, and create condition assessments.

The status analysis can only be activated by REΛLVIEW. For further information, please contact support at 044 512 18 00 or support@realview.ch.

First, a minute is created and the status analysis view is activated in the settings under More.

Overview

Details about the project and status analysis can be entered in the overview. The overview gives you access to:

  • Create PDF
  • Subjects
  • Participants
  • Text
  • Copy
  • Status analysis of life span table
  • Settings, to disable the status analysis view.

Status analysis of life span table

The service life table is created across projects and protocols. The data is used in the same way for all condition analyses.

Single-digit numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.) are used as topics. It is also possible to add items to the drop-down selection.

Once the service life has been entered, the tool and the PDF printout can automatically calculate whether renovation or replacement is necessary.

It is also possible to assign weights to the items.

Create PDF

Creates the PDF of the condition analysis. The PDF printout shows an overview of the service life in a table, as well as the condition of the individual components.

All text entries are printed from the second page onwards.

Subjects

The topics are automatically generated from the service life table. Entries must be created and edited using the Status analysis of life span table. If individual entries are not required in this condition analysis, they can be deleted using the wrench icon.

Participants

Participants can be imported using the yellow icon (1). If you also use construction management, you can import participants from there as well. You can also import participants from existing logs, where all participants who have already been used in a log are displayed.

You can also add participants using the green plus sign (2). The email address can be entered there. Several participants can also be added at the same time; to do this, the email addresses must be listed on separate lines.

The default sorting is by company / last name / first name. The sorting can be adjusted using the sort icon (3). Please note: Participants are only sorted within categories. It is not possible to sort categories.

To change the category of several people at once, you can select the people and the category using the dark blue icon (4).

Properties such as initials, first name, last name, company, function, email address, and category can be adjusted directly in the fields.

In addition, signatures (5) can be added for people, which appear at the end of the minutes.

Personal signatures and the function must be activated in the admin menu under Participants by a superuser.

The wrench icon (6) can be used to delete a person from this log. Assigned text entries will no longer be assigned to this person.

Text

Three text entries are automatically created for each sub-item in the text; these can be customized in accordance with point 7.

Updates the entries with data from the service life table (1).

Generates an Excel export (2) of the service life table.

The yellow icon can be used to export all images (3).

The navigation (4) allows you to jump directly to an entry or agenda item without having to scroll to the location in the status analysis.

All white icons (5) affect the formatting in the text and in the PDF printout. From left to right, you have the following formatting options:

  • Bullet points
  • Mark text as bold
  • Mark text as italic
  • Mark text as underlined
  • Mark text as strikethrough
  • Highlight text in yellow
  • Adjust text color (cyan, purple, blue, red, orange, green, gray, black)
  • Remove formatting

If an agenda item is added later, it can be added using the yellow icon (6).

In the settings (7), you can choose whether the entry should be a status, text, or images. Four images can be added at a time. The entry can also be deleted via the settings.

Copy

The entire log can be copied using the Copy function. The agenda items, participants, text, and status analysis header are transferred. In a second step, you can select the project to which the log should be copied. Please note: After copying, you will be taken directly to the copied minute!

Settings

Under More, the condition assessment view can be deactivated (1). The minutes will then revert to regular meeting minutes.
