The construction logs that have been created are displayed. Construction logs that have already been locked are marked with a padlock. Construction journals can be locked automatically or manually. This option can be set by a superuser on the desktop in the admin menu.
You can create a new construction log using the green plus sign (1).
You can use the filter (2) to set which construction logs you want to see. Here you can limit the construction logs displayed according to the following criteria: time period, creator or free text in daily info and additions.
You can reset the filter to the default settings using the default filter (3). This deletes all values entered in the filter.
The spanner icon (4) can be used to edit a construction log. The construction log can only be edited if it has not yet been locked.
The PDF icon (5) can be used to create a PDF of the construction log.
The construction log can be copied using the blue icon (6). This opens the copied construction log directly and adjusts the date to today's date.
Until it is locked (7), the PDF contains a watermark with the words ‘Vorabzug’ (preliminary draft). If a construction log is locked manually, it can be unlocked again. Construction logs that are locked automatically cannot be unlocked.
The construction log can be deleted using the recycle bin (8). The construction log can only be deleted if it has not yet been locked.
The date, time, daily information and additional details can now be entered in the input mask. The weather data is automatically generated when saving in the online version or during synchronisation in the online synchronisation.
A company can be added using the green plus sign next to the companies. If the company does not yet exist, it must be added either in the REΛLVIEW app via the address list or on the desktop via the address list. You can then optionally assign a project structure to the company, add the number of people, activity and images.
In addition, images that are not assigned to a company can be added under General images.
