Learn how to use the negotiation protocol.

Create PDF

Creates the award protocol as a PDF and opens it directly in your PDF programme. You now have the opportunity to check the PDF before sending it to the participants.

 

Invitation

When the invitation is selected, it creates an email with the meeting information and an .ics file (calendar invitation) to the participants in the log.

 

Forwarding

If “Send” is selected, an email is created in the log for sending to the participants. The allocation log is automatically attached to the email as a PDF file.
