In the calculation section, the submitted amount and the negotiated discount can be entered along with the date. The calculation is performed automatically and appears on a separate page after the cover page in the PDF.
There are three different calculation methods. This option must be configured by a superuser in the admin menu.
- Standard Calculation Method: Standard calculation in which discounts and cash discounts are deducted from the gross amount entered. The standard method takes construction warranty insurance into account.
- Method A: Calculation method in which cash discounts, construction logistics costs, and a freely selectable special discount are deducted from the contract price before construction deductions, excluding VAT. Construction warranty insurance is not taken into account.
- Method B: Calculation method with up to 10 freely customizable deductions or discounts that can be deducted from the contract price before construction deductions, excluding VAT. Construction warranty insurance is not taken into account.
In the Free Calculation field, additional text including an amount can be entered. This amount will also be included in the calculation and displayed in the PDF with the specified description.
