You can switch between current and all decisions (1). Current decisions are those that are set to visible.
The PDF icon (2) can be used to export a list of all displayed decisions as a PDF file.
If the option to edit resolutions in the resolution list is enabled in the Admin menu - Text, this can be done using the pencil icon (3). The setting in the admin menu can only be activated by a superuser.
A comment (4) can be entered for a decision; the comment is also displayed in the printout of the decision list.
By clicking on the eye icon (5), the resolution is no longer visible. If you want to make the resolution visible again, all resolutions must be displayed and the icon with the crossed-out eye must be selected.
The wrench icon (6) can be used to create a new pending item or a follow-up resolution from a resolution. You will then find the new pending item or follow-up decision in the current minutes in the text.
