Claris FileMaker | Installation REALVIEW

Learn how to install REALVIEW on Windows, macOS, iPadOS, and mobile devices, and set up the application on your device.

General Information

The latest version of FileMaker Pro can be downloaded from our website:
 realview.ch/download

If login credentials are changed in one app, the changes will also apply to the other app. Example: If you log in to the Protocol App and change your password, the newly set password will also apply to the Baumanagement App.

Installation Windows & MacOS

FileMaker Pro is installed during the installation process.

Important information for macOS: Do not install the version from the App Store. This version is designed for iPad and does not include all functions.

  1. Download FileMaker Pro using the download link.
  2. Install the downloaded setup file by double-clicking it and follow the installation instructions.
    Administrator rights are required to install Claris FileMaker. If you do not have administrator rights, please contact your IT department for assistance.
  3. Search for FileMaker Pro and open the application.
  4. Register your device by entering your email address and continue by clicking Sign In. Confirm the entered email address.
  5. Enter the verification code sent to the email address provided.
  6. Select either the Protocol App or Baumanagement App and enter the login credentials you received via email.

 

Installation iPadOS

  1. Open the App Store and search for REALVIEW.
  2. Two apps are available. Install the required app by tapping Install:
  3. REALVIEW | For using the Protocol App
    1. Register your device by entering your email address and continue by tapping Sign In. Confirm your email address.
    2. Enter the verification code sent to the provided email address.
    3. Select either the Protocol App or Baumanagement App and enter your login credentials received via email.
  4. REALVIEW Preview | For using the Baumanagement App
    1. Register your device by entering the login credentials received via email.
    2. The available Baumanagement Apps that you have access to will be displayed (by default, your company’s Baumanagement App).

 

Installation Mobile

iPhone

  1. Open the App Store and search for REALVIEW.
  2. Install the following app by tapping Install:
    1. REALVIEW Preview
  3. Register your device by entering the login credentials received via email.
  4. The Baumanagement Apps you have access to will then be displayed (by default, your company’s Baumanagement App).

Android

  1. Open the Play Store and search for REALVIEW.
  2. Select the REALVIEW app and tap Install.
  3. Register your device by entering the login credentials received via email.
  4. The Baumanagement Apps you have access to will then be displayed (by default, your company’s Baumanagement App).
